  Being a very young married couple this was our first time living on our own, and this complex to me in my eyes has been a blessing and we have absolutely no complaints. I mean shoot, what apartment complex rents an ice-cream truck just to give out free ice-cream??? Just to show appreciation... Lol I'll wait..

  I've been here 4 years and ending my lease in 2 months thank the lord! At first things were ok and then things slowly began to fall apart, there were leaks everywhere, and the maintenance men did an awful job fixing things, my boyfriend had to re-do most of their work. We've had our fair share of awful neighbors. Loud, always smells like weed in the halls. There was a murder in the apartment building next door. I probably wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you are absolutely desperate. Our rent goes up every year, yet nothing has been fixed. My bathtub is so disgusting their "caulking" is herrendous I can't even take a bath. The people in the office have always been friendly with us but not very understanding when I complained about the mold that's been growing in our apartment and how I can't breathe. I'm not sure how they pass inspection. Our washer and dryer is always breaking down and it's Already a pain to have to pay $6 every time to do your wash. I'm just over it.
