  Took my grandfather to upgrade his phone. Ended up with the ZTE Pro Max. After paying for the phone the store rep says "by the way don't leave this charging overnight, because the phone might explode". Seriously? Something like that needs to be disclosed before a sale first thing. Second his reasoning was that the phone had a non removable battery and those are more prone to explosion than removable ones combined with the new USB type C new standard. (Which is total malarkey). Guy didn't know what he was talking about but freaked out my grandpa. And then the rep was like sorry, can't refund the sale when my grandpa was like I don't want a phone that blows up. Just a bad experience dealing with an informed sales person.
